Hi, hello - nice to meet you, I’m Jess and this is my dog Lily.
With over 10 years of experience in the marketing and advertising world, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Vogue, adidas, Trinny London, Samsung, Nivea, and more. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in crafting strategies that drive results, grow brand presence, and create meaningful connections with audiences around the globe.
However, after years of working with major brands, I’ve found my true passion: helping small businesses thrive. I’m now focused on channeling my expertise and energy into building and nurturing the dreams of entrepreneurs and small business owners. There’s something truly rewarding about working closely with small businesses to bring their visions to life, and it’s my absolute favourite thing to do.

Developer & UX Designer
Stephen is endlessly curious about how things work. His drive for solving human-centred problems led him straight to the world of digital design, where he loves blending the psychology of choice with thoughtful, impactful branding. With a background spanning from healthcare and tourism to finance, Stephen has worked with companies like SellerX (Europe’s leading FBA acquirer), shaping everything from brand identity and social media to user experience and exhibition design. He thrives on working with teams who push boundaries and rethink the everyday, always aiming to solve big problems with simple, user-first solutions.
